Subject: BHS SOCCER - NEW INFORMATION

Hey Soccer Parents - 

Due to Canyon District policy,  booster parents are no longer allowed
to handle ANY money.


So, if you have not yet paid the District Participation fee of $65.00,
you will now have to go to the Brighton Office to pay. 


In years past, I was able to collect and deposit this for the parents
and keep track of each players account - but no longer.


As for the REAL VOUCHERS - this policy will apply as well.   Please
submit your $$$ to the Brighton Office.


PLEASE make sure they know who your son is and be sure to tell them it
is for BOYS SOCCER - we don't want it deposited into any  other
accounts!


To make sure this transition works smoothly please follow these simple
rules:
   
1.  Get a receipt for EACH deposit.


2.  Copy each check -( from all who purchased vouchers.)


3.  Record exact amounts of cash collected.


4.  DO NOT SEND THE $$$ WITH YOUR SON - DEPOSIT IT YOURSELF !


Sorry for the hassle - but we all have to follow this policy now.  If
